Farhana Sonday
Director and Specialist Physiotherapist
Farhana is a specialist pelvic health, oncology and musculoskeletal physiotherapist. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Cape Town and started her career in South Africa, before relocating to London in 2008. She has worked in various NHS and private clinics in London before starting PhysioReform in 2018.
She has a special interest in women’s health, pre and postnatal care, men’s health and oncology care. She has undertaken additional qualifications in these fields, as well as in acupuncture and pilates. She is registered with the HCPC, CSP, POGP and The Pelvic Floor Society.
Farhana is passionate about restoring pain-free movement and function in patients. She tackles problems using bespoke rehabilitation programs, joint and soft tissue mobilisation and correction of movement dysfunctions. She assesses patients in a holistic way to find the root of the problem and aims to restore function as well as reduce the risk of the injury recurring.
In her spare time, she tries to balance her love of food with regular exercise and is a keen traveller.
